SUCCESS IN LUBIN!

On the Lubin mining plant owned by KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. a modern flue gas cleaning installation has been launched. The investor was a company from the KGHM Capital Group - "Energetyka" sp. Z o.o. Spring aura allowed for the ceremonial presentation of the installation to a wider circle of distinguished guests. Representatives of the Management Board and Project Managers at INSTAL-FILTER SA took part in the meeting.

The IED Directive on large combustion sources has initiated a new approach for heating companies for burning coal in boilers and emission of harmful compounds into the atmosphere. Today, to meet all applicable standards, it is no longer enough to reduce dust emissions. In the BAT conclusions there are new provisions that oblige entrepreneurs to limit also such chemical compounds as: SO2, NOx, HCl, HF or Hg. The reconciliation of civilization development with care for the natural environment is a challenge that Energetyka Sp. z o.o. faced and for which we have implemented an environment-friendly investment in Lubin. We have proved that it is possible!

The installation has been entirely designed, manufactured, built and commissioned by INSTAL-FILTER SA. This is a huge success of our team, who put all their heart into the success of this project and a big step forward in the development of our company.
