Three fumes de-dusting installations for MPEC Olsztyn completed successfully

We completed successfully and on date erection and supply of three complete installations for MPEC Olsztyn, reducing the emission to the rate not exceeding 25mg/Nm3 at 6% O2. This means twenty times less than standards, which have been valid by now. Due to our experience, own products and specialists, who have been active in the field of heating industry for 20 years, we are absolutely successful. Heating plant in Olsztyn has a modern fumes de-dusting system, which meets Union's requirements and, which is important, standards it already meets are still a future.

For MPEC Olsztyn we erected complex 3 fumes de-dusting installations for boilers - starting with a design and ending with assembly. Every system has been individually designed by us acc. to its unique specificity as well as expectations and needs of a client.
Technologies we applied and erection of modern fumes de-sulfuring system, based on lime or sodium assured great efficiency in the field of SOx reduction - at 90% rate, which is very good result.

In connection with the fact we always try to make a great step into the future, we also designed for the Olsztyn heating plant a concept of extension of the fumes de-dusting installations for K3, K4 and K6 boilers, also with consideration given to NOx. This is a future solution which will make a return when regulations in the field of limits for atmosphere harmful substances will become more restrictive.
